Seafood

Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Pairs well with: A very tangy Cocktail sauce, also does excellent drizzled with Maple Syrup for the last couple minutes of baking.

Breaded Cod Cakes

Pairs well with: Your favourite tartar sauce, shredded cabbage coleslaw and served on or off a bun.

Sockeye Dill Burgers

Pairs well with: On a bun with a Tomato Relish, Garlic Aioli, Lettuce and Onions.

Also serves exquisitely without a bun and sided with Tzatziki, Rice Pilaf and Greek Salad.

Sockeye Wellington

Pairs well with: A simple garden salad. Easy!

Spot Prawn Tails

Pairs well with: Garlic and Butter to start, serves great with Rice or Salad. Compliments any white creamy Pasta.

 

Cooked King or Sidestripe Shrimp Meat

Pairs well with: Thawed and served cold with Cocktail Sauce, also works great warmed gently and added to any creamy alfredo Pasta. 

Careful not to overcook as the shrimps have been cooked to perfection already.

Lingcod Fillets, Halibut Fillets or Cheeks

Pairs well with: The base for fish tacos, served with fresh shredded Cabbage, diced Red Onions and a Garlic Cilantro Aioli sauce. 

Sockeye or Coho Fillets

Pairs well with: Bake the fillet with any variety of bastes - our favourites include the following combinations:

-Soy Sauce, Fresh Garlic, Fresh Ginger, Honey, Oyster Sauce and a splash of Rice Vinegar.

-Greek Yogurt, Fresh/Dried Dill, Fresh/Dried Garlic, Dijon Mustard, Honey and a pinch of Salt.

Also makes great sushi!

Albacore Tuna Loins

Pairs well with: Basted with a combination of Greek Yogurt, Fresh Dill, Parmesan Cheese and Dijon Mustard. Wrapped in tinfoil and baked to medium.

Cold Smoked Albacore Tuna Loins

Pairs well with: Sliced thin and served on crackers with a combination of Cream Cheese and Red Pepper Jelly.

Tataki (Seared) Albacore Tuna Loins

Pairs well with: The perfect compliment to any combination of sushi rolls you'd like to make.

Pork

Apple & Sage Sausage

Pairs well with: Compliments any breakfast or main dish very well! Very versatile sausage.

Maple Breakfast Sausage

Pairs well with: Any breakfast offerings, also fried and crumbled into baked beans.


Pork & Leek Sausages

Pairs well with: Mashed Potatoes, Rich Gravy, Roasted Vegetables or fresh Salad.

 

Green Chorizo Sausage

Pairs well with: Re-fried Beans, Corn on the Cob topped with parsley or cilantro, Mexican inspired tomato Rice

Fig & Blue Sausage

Pairs well with: Greek style salad, any variety of Rice Pilaf.

Butternut Walnut Sausage

Pairs well with: Compliments many main dish dinner ideas with it's neutral flavourings.

Perfect sausage for anyone with garlic or onion intolerances! (Contains no garlic or onions)


Fungi Pork Meatballs

Pairs well with: Linguine Noodles, Tomato or Alfredo Sauce, Garlic Bread.

Bratwurst Sausage

Pairs well with: On top of a bun with caramelized onions and a healthy dose of whole grain Dijon mustard.

Spicy Italian Sausage

Pairs well with: As the meat component for any Italian recipe, makes for a fantastic spaghetti.


Korean Meatballs

Pairs well with: Jasmine Rice, Pickled or fresh Carrots, Cucumber, Kimchi.

Lemongrass Pork Meatballs

Pairs well with: Jasmine Rice, Pickled or fresh Carrots, Fish Sauce Dip, An over-easy fried egg

Lamb

Syrian Lamb Kebabs

Pairs well with: Herb-infused yogurt for dipping, Rice Pilaf, Greek Yogurt.

Our favourite herbs/spices to blend with Plain Greek Yogurt is Garlic with Cilantro or Parsley.

Persian Lamb & Fig Sausage

Pairs well with: Curried rice, or as the meat component in your favourite curry.

Lamburgini Lamb Burgers & Sliders

Pairs well with: BBQ'd and put on a bun with your favourite Cheese, Mint Chutney, Tomato Relish and fresh Lettuce and Onions.

 

Vindaloo Lamb Sausage

Pairs well with: Cilantro and Coconut Milk Rice or your favourite Naan bread, curried & roasted vegetables.

Mediterranean Burgers

Pairs well with: BBQ'd and put on a bun with Tzatziki, Lettuce and Tomatoes, served with a side of Greek Salad.
